Job Overview: We are seeking a Curriculum Lead to join our team for a 9-month fixed-term contract. This role is integral to supporting a variety of new projects and developments within our organization. As a Curriculum Lead, you will collaborate with our experienced business support and curriculum teams to deliver funded projects and drive organizational change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of curriculum strategies across multiple projects.
  • Work closely with curriculum teams to ensure the effective delivery of funded educational projects.
  • Support organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of projects, providing insights and adjustments as necessary.
  • Foster collaboration between business support and curriculum teams to enhance project outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
  • Proven experience in curriculum development and educational project management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience within the adult education sector is highly desirable.
