Are you passionate about creating inclusive and stimulating environments for young children? Do you have the skills and experience to lead and inspire a team in a vibrant nursery setting? We’re looking for a dedicated Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of children from birth to 5 years old.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Nursery Manager in daily operations and curriculum planning.
- Ensure a high standard of childcare and education, including implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework.
- Maintain a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for all children.
- Lead by example, guiding and supervising staff, students, and volunteers.
- Liaise with parents, local authorities, and other agencies to ensure the needs of each child are met.
- Take charge in the Nursery Manager’s absence, ensuring smooth operation and continuity.
- Recent experience in a similar role.
- Childcare Level 3 qualification.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for early childhood education.
- Experience working with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
