Haringey is seeking a talented Disrepair Caseworker to join our team on a Contract basis. Embrace the opportunity to work in a hybrid setting, with three months of contract working in the vibrant community of Haringey. As a Disrepair Caseworker, you will play a pivotal role in liaising with the contract manager and disrepair surveyor to ensure that our properties are maintained to the highest standards. They are offering £30/ph.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience in contract working and liaising with stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with disrepair surveyors
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Knowledge of property maintenance and relevant regulations
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certification in property management or related field
Relevant vocational qualifications or equivalent experience
Additional training in contract management or surveying is advantageous
