Electrical Maintenance Engineer Required

Covering Northwich to Shrewsbury & North Wales Coastline

Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pm

Up to £22ph

Temp to Perm

A van and fuel card will be supplied 

Must be able to pass a DBS check

Duties may include but are not limited to:

Carry out PPM (Preventative Planned Maintenance) tasks on various mobile sites.

Complete identified remedial works to plant and equipment where required.

Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled (fire alarm tests, water temperature recording, emergency lighting tests, etc).

Monthly utilities meter readings.

First line response to reactive repairs.

Minor building fabric repairs.

Minor decorating tasks.

Minor plumbing repairs.

Maintain accurate documentation of all assigned work orders.

Comply fully with Health, Safety & Environmental policies.

Provide excellent customer service to building occupants, ensuring they are made aware of work order progress in a timely manner.

Proactively walk the floors, reporting any maintenance or H&S issues to the helpdesk and appropriate manager.

Be aware of the business continuity plan for the part of the business you work in.

Essential

Drivers License

18th Edition qualification & City & Guilds Electrical qualifications.

Electrical Testing and Inspection C&G 2391.

Previous experience in the electrical maintenance field.

Must be able to pass a DBS check
