£400-£450 per day
Hybrid Working | Minimum 2 Days in Office South Gloucestershire
Are you an experienced Estate Surveyor looking for your next interim opportunity? We are seeking a skilled professional to join a team, bringing expertise in property management, lease & tenancy (L&T), valuation, and general property matters.
What We’re Looking For:
- Local Authority Experience – Able to hit the ground running
- MRICS Qualified or Equivalent – Strong industry knowledge
- Proactive & Independent – Capable of managing cases with minimal supervision
- Excellent Negotiator – Confident in securing favourable outcomes
- Team Player – Works well within a collaborative environment
- Local Knowledge – Preferably familiar with the area
