Are you ready to take the next step in your career as a Housing Services Manager? Join Rugby CC as we embark on an exciting journey to deliver high-quality housing services to our community. This permanent role offers a competitive salary of GBP40.00 per hour, with the flexibility of hybrid working - spending 2 days per week in our Rugby office. As a Housing Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of housing in the area. This is a 12-month fixed term contract.
  • Lead a dynamic team to deliver exceptional housing services that positively impact the lives of our residents.
  • Utilise your expertise to implement innovative strategies for housing management, maintenance, and customer service, ensuring high standards are consistently met.
  • Champion diversity and inclusivity in housing provision, working collaboratively with stakeholders to address housing needs in our diverse community.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in housing management, with a deep understanding of housing legislation and regulations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective housing policies and procedures, with a focus on customer-centric service delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to nurture a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and excellence within the housing services team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, including residents, community groups, and local authorities.
  • A proactive and strategic approach to identifying and addressing housing challenges facing the community.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant degree in Housing Management, Social Care, Urban Planning, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in Housing Management or related areas would be advantageous.
  • Additional qualifications or training in Diversity and Inclusion practices within housing services.
