Housing Services Officer

4Recruitment Services are seeking  a Housing Services Officer to assist our housing association client based in South London.

Our client owns and manages more than 100,000 homes across London and surrounding counties. The client aims to provide continuous improvement, and finding better and more efficient ways to deliver excellent services and respond to the challenges the housing sector presents.

The client have introduced a Specialist Case Management team to manage and oversee the resolution of several key operational tasks and responsibilities, including but not limited to, parking contract management and supporting customers with providing keys and fobs.

The role of the Housing  Services Officer will be to manage the workload in relation to the issuing and reordering of keys, fobs, managing and allocating parking spaces as well as working closely with the Neighbourhoods Team as well as Lettings and Voids.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience of managing the administration of external contracts (particularly parking enforcement, keys and fobs, access, and security systems).
• Experience of working for a residential landlord, preferably in social housing.
• Experience of improving systems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the natural ability to network and build effective relationships with key colleagues across the organisation.
• Excellent customer services and IT skills
