Interim Organisation Design Practice Lead - Temporary Full-Time Role
Location: Chelmsford
Salary: £550-£600 per day (Umbrella)
Working Style: Flexible
 
About the Role
 
As the Interim Organisation Design Practice Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in clients structures with strategic priorities, driving operational efficiency, and enabling service transformation. You’ll lead a team of experts, providing thought leadership on cutting-edge organisational design strategies, and work closely with other leaders to shape sustainable, long-term change across.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Develop and implement organisational design frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
Collaborate across teams to ensure change is sustainable and impactful.
Lead a team of subject matter experts and provide professional expertise to senior stakeholders.
Influence decision-making by blending internal insights with external market trends.
 
What We’re Looking For:
 
Degree-level qualification in HR, organisational development, or a related field.
Chartered CIPD membership (or working towards it).
Extensive experience in organisational design within large, complex organisations.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
A proven track record of delivering large-scale cultural, systems, and behavioural change.
