Job Description
Contract: 3 - 6 months | Full-time | £250 - £350 per day
Location: Chelmsford (Hybrid working available)
Are you passionate about Learning & Development technology? Do you thrive on innovation and love finding creative solutions? We're looking for a dynamic Learning Technology Consultant to help us elevate our Learning Management System (LMS) and shape the future of learning
What You’ll Do:
- Drive innovative learning campaigns and virtual events
- Leverage tools like MS Office Stream, Power Automation, AI, and HTML to enhance user experience
- Manage and update content, troubleshoot learner queries, and support LMS platform releases
- Play a key role in organizing our LearnFest and other learning campaigns
- Experience with learning technologies (LMS experience is a plus, but we’ll train you!)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and empathy to handle learner expectations
- A passion for innovation and an eagerness to explore new tech solutions
