Are you a passionate, dedicated Personal Advisor looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Personal Advisor to join a leaving care team based in Manchester. 

Pay: £16.40 per hour

Duration: 05/06/2023 - 3 months

Hours: Monday to Friday, between the hours of 08:00 - 20:00, 35 hrs/week - Hybrid

Personal Advisor role: Full JD Available

• Manage a caseload of 28 – 29 young people aged 16 – 21 years old
• 8+ weekly visits to young people
• Complete 6 months pathway plans
• Provide advice, practical assistance and support
• Help gain access to appropriate accommodation, education, employment and training
• Support with their mental health
• Provide financial support and help them work on their financial skills and budgeting
• Plan and attend meetings and LAC reviews
• Keep accurate case records and undertake statutory recordings

Essential Requirements:

• Must be available to start asap
• UK Driving Licence, access to a vehicle, business insurance
• Recent experience working with young people in care and after care
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced Child and Adult DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
