Are you detail-oriented with a passion for planning and data management? We have an exciting opportunity for a Planning Obligations Research Officer to join our dedicated team.
About the Role
As a Planning Obligations Research Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring that our planning obligation database (Mastergov) is accurate and up-to-date. Your work will be vital in enhancing the reporting functions of the County Council. You'll be responsible for:
Reviewing historic planning agreements and financial reports.
Reconciling information within the planning obligations database.
Ensuring that S106 contributions and Unilateral Undertakings are used appropriately according to the terms of the legal agreements.
Providing detailed and accurate data entry into our planning obligations database.
What We're Looking For:
Strong understanding of S106 Legal Agreements and Unilateral Undertakings.
Ability to interpret financial data and reports.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional judgement to ensure compliance with legal agreement terms.
