Ukraine Support Accommodation Officer - Bedfordshire 

Are you a passionate, dedicated Accommodation Officer looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Ukraine Support Accommodation Officer to join a team based in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. 

Pay Rates: £17.95 - £22.41 per hour

Accommodation Officer role: Full JD Available

• You will be working with individuals and families fleeing Ukraine and their UK sponsors to ensure they have the access to services they need.
• Manage and support with the day to day operation of the team.
• Support the sponsors allocated to you, responding to queries, giving advice and directing to the relevant services needed. 

Essential Requirements:

• A degree or diploma in Environmental Health or equivalent. 
• Experience of working in a housing standards enforcement team or construction/housing maintenance or at surveyor level or appropriate experience.
• Extensive knowledge of contract specification for Housing related support.
• Knowledge and understanding of current private sector housing issues.
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK. 
• Enhanced DBS Certificate registered onto the update service.
