Youth Offending Service Worker -YOS- South East London

Are you a passionate, dedicated, Experienced Youth Offending Services Worker looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting YOS Workers to work with Young Offenders & Referral Service for a Local Authority in and around South East London.

Pay Rate: £15.97-£18.60 per hour- Ongoing 35 Hours a week

Information On The Role: (Full Details Available)

• Work creatively with young offenders referred to the team in order to reduce their offending behaviour.
• Responsible for a caseload, prepare & review a supervision plan and supervise young people.
• Write reports for Court and Referral Order Panels.
• To work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team Undertake assessments, identify resources and frame potential responses

Essential Requirements:

• Must have recent experience of using AssetPlus
• Must have at least 8 months YOS experience
• Experience of delivering open access and targeted youth work/ youth participation programmes is essential.
• Must be trustworthy & reliable
• Must be self-motivated, Flexible & Resourceful
• Must have Grades A-C in English Language & Maths.
