Are you a passionate, dedicated Accommodation Officer looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting an Accommodation Officer to join a team based in Harrow (Hybrid). You will be required to work with landlords and providers to procure all types of accommodation for homeless households.

Pay Rates: £22.59 - £24.01 per hour

Accommodation Officer role: Full JD Available

• To contract manage the accommodation and inspect accommodation once occupied, including emergency accommodation, to ensure the accommodation continues to meet the appropriate standard.
• To maintain a caseload of households living in emergency, temporary and leased accommodation so that general and complex queries are dealt with in a professional manner.
• Ensure tenancies are available and sustained.
• Provide tenancy advise to tenants.
• Maintain databases and other records.
• Verify housing benefit documents.

Essential Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Recent property management experience
• Ability to property manage properties including rent collection
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
