Job Description
We are currently looking for a Adults Front Door Social Worker to work with one of our clients based in Southampton. You will be working for the council.
Monday - Friday
Shift times may vary
Temp contract
Pay rate - £32ph
Job Purpose
An experienced Social Worker is required to join an Adults' Front Door Team in Stockport. The successful Social Worker must have post qualified experience in a similar setting:
- Dealing with crisis intervention
- Completing Safeguarding referrals
- Carrying out home visits
- Drawing up urgent care packages
