Adults Team Manager

We are currently looking for a Adults Team Manager  to work with one of our clients based in Wirral. You will be working for the council.

Pay rates paying £44.69ph

Job Purpose

Experienced Social Care manager is required. The role is to manage a Advanced Practitioner, Social Workers at all levels of experience and Care Navigators.  The manager must have experience is supervising and managing of staff.   Good knowledge of HR procedures.  Be able to work integrated with Health Colleagues.  Ensure key performances are met by staff.  Be able to quality assure staff assessments and ensure they are of a good standard and in line with the Care Act 2014.  A good understanding of the Mental Health Act.  A good understanding of Continuing Health Care.  Attend  meetings as required.

We require an experienced duty team manager for a period of 12 months to assist the other 3 team managers in managing the team remotely.
