Adults Team Manager - Integrated Community Care Team

We are currently looking for a Adults Team Manager - Integrated Community Care Team to work with one of our clients based in Wirral. You will be working for the council.

Pay rates paying £44.69 ph

Job Purose

Experienced Social Care Manager required to manage a Integrated Community Care Team which consists of Advanced Practitioner. Social Workers and Care Navigators working closely with Health Colleagues. Must have sound knowledge of the Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, CHC knowledge and Safeguarding.  Must be able to undertake HR duties, including leave and sickness of staff.   Chair meetings as required.  Be able to quality assure work from staff work within budget constraints.  Supervise staff daily and on a monthly basis.  Ensure duty rota is completed.  Attend manager meetings as required. Deal with complaints in a timely manner.  Over see DATIX. Work with other agencies as required.
