Advanced Practitioner - Assessment and Intervention and our Permanence Teams

We are currently looking for a Advanced Practitioner - Assessment and Intervention and our Permanence Teams  to work with one of our clients based in Wirral. You will be working for the council.

Pay rate - £33ph
