Details:

Job Title: Mobile AC Engineer (Van + Fuel card)

Rate: £21 - £23ph via umbrella

Shift: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.

Length of assignment: on-going contract

Locations: Colindale, Cambridge, Tooting

Environment: Commercial buildings

Note :

The client has AC works in the south east of England the main sites are Cambridge, Colindale and Tooting however when not doing AC servicing or repair works the engineer will be based out of Colindale.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

PPM & Reactive Maintenance

The day-to-day operation & maintenance in line with KPI’s and SLA’s and the Maintenance Model for Preventative Maintenance.

Procure materials and equipment to carry out works.

To organise and supervise sub-contractor as and when required.

Assist Lead engineer and Account Manager in ensuring that all Statutory and Legislative requirements are achieved/adhered to for the site.

Attend to reactive calls in line with KPI’s and SLA’s.

Requirements:

AC Qualifications + F Gas

2+ years’ experience

Driver’s License

Must be able to pass a DBS
