Air Conditioning Engineer - Maintenance

Mobile A/C Maintenance Engineer Required

Location: London,

Hours: 8am till 5pm.

Duration: 4 Weeks minimum.

Pay: Up to £21ph ltd via umbrella

Note: Must be able to pass an Enhanced DBS & posses a full drivers license.

Form part of a team to provide a high level of maintenance support to meet Interserve business and contractual obligations. The successful candidate will be required to take any necessary security checks for the role. Key duties, though not exhaustive, are listed below;

Carry out planned maintenance to a variety of Air Conditioning equipment, as per detail and requirement

Carry out reactive repairs to Air Conditioning systems and equipment as per requirement

Carry out installation work on Air Conditioning Systems as per drawings and requirements of the business

Responsible for self and others to maintain a safe working environment as per the Health and Safety at Work Act (1974) and subsequent UK and EU amendments

Take part in standby rota as required

Accept and feedback work on PPM system and suggest improvements

Offer support to other trades

Completion of documentation as required, including RA’s & MS’sA

out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and complete the associated paperwork. 

Requirements.
Must have completed a recognised time served Air conditioning apprenticeship OR Qualifications

Must have at least two years post qualification experience

C&G 2078 Safe Handling of refrigerants

C&G 2079 FGas

IPAF & PASMA trained

Chiller knowledge would be beneficial

Familiar with, heating systems, air handling systems, motors, pumps, HVAC
