Arrears Recovery Officer – Uxbridge (Temp Vacancy)

Umbrella Pay Rate: £25.00ph

Full-Time (37 hours)

Job Purpose:

The Rent Collection & Arrears Recovery Teams ensure the effective management of significant risks to successful tenancies including non-payment of rent and anti-social behaviour. Rent Collection & Arrears Recovery Officer will ensure that necessary and proportional enforcement action is taken when all reasonable and appropriate interventions and support measures have been exhausted.

Rent Collection & Arrears Recovery Officer are responsible for maximising the income stream from a range of occupation arrangements through an effective and supportive recovery process.The model of risk management contributes to the strategic object of preventing homelessness and sustaining all forms of occupation arrangement. This involves ‘doing the right thing at the right time’ to enable residents to be appropriately supported at the earliest opportunity.
