Location: The Kinson Hub, Wimborne Road, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH11 9AW

Contract: Initial contract to 26th July 2021 with possible further extension.

Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday – 9:00am to 5:00pm.

Payrate: £14.38 an Hour

Description:

Home based role but on-site visits in the local Dorset area are required together with a clean driving licence.

Basic DBS is required.

Job Summary:

To be a member of the Housing Office team ensuring that a high-quality service is delivered to the customer in accordance with the Directorate’s Housing service plans and Housing Plus initiatives.

Have main responsibility for undertaking the tenancy and Leasehold Management function.

Candidate Profile

Experience of working in front-line housing management.

Thorough understanding of tenancy and leasehold management

Knowledge of housing repairs and maintenance

Good written and verbal communication skills

Able to deal with the public exercising tact and discretion.

Able to work on own initiative and as a member of a team.

Customer focused.

Able to identify basic repairs and remedies.

Able to visit residents in their own homes and attend site meetings.

Able to attend evening meetings when required.
