Pay Rates: £12.50 - £14.49 (PAYE rate) 

What the roles of a Support Worker: Full JD Available

• The role will be undertaken in customers’ homes or within the community in addition to any office based activity.
• Formal assessment/ reassessment of need including low level risk assessment.
• Support planning.
• Reviews of existing customer support or care plans.

Essential Requirements:

• Experience working in a care/ support setting
• UK Driving Licence and Vehicle
• Both COVID vaccines
• Knowledge of the procedures and standards required protecting vulnerable Adults                                             
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
