Job Description
Caretaker Required.
Location: Derbyshire, NG10
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am till 5pm
Duration: 2 months
Pay: £11.25ph LTD via Umbrella
Note: Must have a DBS OR be able to pass a DBS.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
Carry out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs.
Book outside contractors for major repair work.
Make sure heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly.
Check doors and windows are locked when the building is not in use.
Qualifications:
Trade qualifications would be advantageous.
