Clinical Nurse Supervisor - High Wycombe

I have an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinical supervisor ( Nurse Qualifed) to join a brand-new purpose-built retirement village based in High Wycombe.

Your main responsibility will be to promote the health and wellbeing of older people living within the scheme, and to provide information and awareness sessions about key health issues such as osteoporosis, breast awareness, heart disease and promote self-help groups, and liaise with voluntary groups and local self-help groups.

Overall Aim of this Position

• To promote the health and well-being of older people living within the Scheme
• A key part of the key role will be to offer numerous screening and health promotion sessions, offer drop-in sessions, develop self help groups, and introduce both traditional and complimentary therapies.

The organisation provide a programme of activities which often inspires residents to learn new skills. Staff and residents work as 'one big team' to ensure all our residents get the best out of life.

This is a full time permanent position (33 hours per week)
