Hours: Monday - Friday | 9:00 to 17:00

Shift: Permanent Ongoing

Pay Rate: £Competitive (Depending on Experience)

We are looking for Community Mental Health Psychiatric Nurses for one of the most exciting private providers of specialist mental health services in the UK. The successful candidate should be committed to excellent mental health care in community, preferably with experience of working with older people in inpatient settings and/or outpatient and/or outreach services. Having Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act, have excellent communication/leadership skills and passion to progress is needed.

What you will be doing -

The successful applicant will act as care coordinator to service users referred to the MDT. You will negotiate care plans with services users, carers, families and other professionals, as well as providing intervention that supports recovery, well-being and social inclusion. Whilst promoting high quality services to older people.

What You will need -

• An Enhanced DBS
• MAPPA or PMVA Training Complete
• Registered NMC Pin
• 1 years Mental Health Experience
