Customer & Contract Admin | Haringey

4Recruitment Services are seeking a Customer & Contract Admin for a local authority in Haringey to carry out a range of customer focused administrative duties for the Team with limited supervision, which may involve written, telephone or face to face contact with the public or internal colleagues and the application of organisational procedures and systems.

You will be expected to have:

  • Good organisational skills and be able to use IT effectively in implementing tasks
  • Support the Head of Procurement & Contract Operations, with their role implementing operating models for the function
  • Ensure the orderly and effective running of the contract operations team from an administration perspective
  • Weekly reporting on key priorities, open items and KPIs to feed into management reporting
  • Support team with contract signature and governance processes

Salary is £15.75ph.
