Job Description

Corporate Facilities Manager Required

 

My client is looking to recruit an interim Facilities Manager Hard and Soft to manage and direct the team whilst a review of the service and potential realignment occurs.

Location: Wakefield, WF1

Shift: Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week

Pay: Up to £31.37Ph via umbrella

Environment: Social/Voids

Duration: Up until Dec 2022.

 

The work will include taking a lead in day to day management, assisting with the review of the service, supporting with delivery and monitoring of the Councils Long Term Maintenance Plan (LTMP (lifecycle, legacy, climate and compliance)) in order to reduce the reactive works and create a more planed approach.

The Council works with a partnering contractor to deliver areas of maintenance as well as having a strong in house team for cleaning, so knowledge of contractor management would be advantageous.

Areas of priority and focus:

Day to management of teams

Delivery of the LTMP

Contractor Management

Supporting review of service and customer interaction

Developing SLA's/Output agreements with service.

 

Qualifications:

Degree in Property or Facilities related discipline.

An appropriate Post –Graduate professional qualification.

Post -Graduate Qualification in Health and Safety and Compliance/Facilities Management

Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health
