Umbrella Pay Rate: £18.00ph

Full-Time (37 hours)

Job Purpose:

This is a 6 month temporary post at grade 6 - Customer experience lead.

The post will act to assist with responding to more complex customer enquiries and complaints and act as an initial

point of escalation for customer service advisors, supporting the customer service management team with delivering a culture of high performance across the team.
