Customer Home Experience Executive – North London (Temp Vacancy)

Umbrella Rate: £18.45ph

Full-Time (37 hours)

Job Purpose:

Within the Customer Experience Directorate we need to ensure that the customer receives the best service and experience at each touch point of their journey with us. 

This role is a key position within Customer Experience ensuring customers receive the best service from Clarion when they complete on the purchase of their new home. The role will provide excellent customer service when delivering Home Demonstrations and providing a memorable and welcoming experience when handing over the keys.

What we are looking for:

Ideal candidate will have experience within the housing industry and preferably new build homes, delivering excellent customer service in a customer focused organisation. We are looking for someone used to working in a fast paced environment, who can deal with multiple priorities whilst delivering an excellent experience for customers moving into their new home.

Accountabilities:

  • Provide a best in class Customer Service to Shared Owners and Market Sales Purchasers when they have completed the sale on their new home
  • Ensure the Clarion brand is represented consistently in all customer interactions
  • Represent the customer requirements when taking acceptance of homes from the Delivery Team
  • Deliver excellent Home Demonstrations to Shared Owners and Market Sales Purchasers to ensure that they understand their new home
  • Strong working relations with the Sales Progression team to ensure an efficient handover of customers
  • Planning appointments to enable an enhanced personalised experience
  • Responsible for reviewing required information for Home User Guides for their sites to a high quality standard
  • Responsible for ensuring that a Home User Guide is available in each new home on their sites
  • Ensure the estate and communal areas are according to the standards agreed with the Managing Agents
  • Responsible for the experience of key collection and handover to the customer on the day of their completion
  • Provide an excellent after care customer experience whilst settling a customer into their new home
  • Complaints are resolved in line with Clarion policies and procedures
  • Work in collaboration with the Customer Care & Quality team to ensure the best service is delivered to the customer with regards to timely resolution of defects and complaints
  • Provide detailed feedback to the Customer Care & Quality Manager  to ensure that quality improvement processes are actioned
  • Ensure targets are met in the customer satisfaction survey and support improvement projects to improve our processes and procedures to benefit the customer experience
    • Proactively provide feedback on opportunities of improvement and better ways of working to benefit the business and the customer
