Customer Service – Taunton (Temp Vacancy)

Umbrella Pay Rate: £13.00ph

Full-Time (37 hours)

Job Purpose:

The role of a customer champion is to be the face of our new organisation. You will act as the first point of contact on the customer journey, supporting customers via multiple channels (face to face, telephone, letter, email, portal).

You will operate as a multi-functional customer services team. You will give accurate advice and guidance to customers, where possible resolving enquiries on a one and done basis.

You will promote a range of additional services, whilst encouraging and coaching customers to self-serve, enabling and encouraging the use of digital channels.

Essential:

  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Good communication skills both written and oral, with a good telephone manner.
  • Numerate.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to multi-task.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Problem solving & decision making.
