Deputy Care Manager

I currently have a great opportunity for a talented Clinical Deputy Care Home Manager to join my clients prestige Nursing home based in Chipping Norton.

You will need to use your skills to lead our Care Team to deliver the highest quality of modern care.

The Deputy Care Home Manager will support the Manager in maintaining occupancy targets, deliver the highest standards of care and provide an exceptional level of service.

You must:

Be a confident leader, willing to be hands-on and with the ability to manage with an open and approachable personality.

A Registered General Nurse with full valid PIN and experience of elderly care.
