Are you a passionate, dedicated Early Support Practitioner looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting an Early Support Practitioner to join a team based in Headstone, Harrow. 

Pay Rates: £13.18 - £15.17

Family Support Worker role: Full JD Available

• You will provide direct work with babies, children, young people and their families to improve their outcome through support services. 
• To lead, with others, the planning of services for the age ranges 0-16 years across Early Support and take responsibility for supporting the activity plan across the service sites.
• Plan ways to improve, health and well-being, social and educational needs of our client groups.
• Role model good practice to peers and parents to support them to better understand children and young people’s behaviour and needs.
• Observe and monitor the children’s learning and development.
• Work alongside multi-disciplinary staff and lead as necessary on students, mentors, volunteers, proactively contributing to partnership work with the private, voluntary and statutory sectors of the community.

Essential Requirements:

• Early years care and education vocational qualification level 3 or above and commitment to study to level 4 and above. Level 2/3 certificate in Youth Work
• Previous experience working as a key worker/ group lead
• Previous experience working with vulnerable children and young people aged 0 – 25 years
• Knowledge and understanding of equal opportunities
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
