Electrical maintenance engineer

Electrical bias Multi-Skilled building services Engineer Required.
Based in Tottenham Court Road, 
Working Monday – Friday, 8am till 5pm.
This is an on-going position with the potential for Temp to Perm if all goes well.
The hourly rate is £Negotiable
You will be working as a team maintaining a large commercial office
 
General Duties Include (But Are Not Limited To):
Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance and
complete the appropriate paperwork and reports.
Carry out Reactive and emergency breakdown tasks and
complete the associated paperwork.
Assist other team members when required or as
directed from line manager.
 
Requirements:
Must be fully qualified electrically (City & Guilds Level 2/3 electrical installation or equivalent)
Must have experience with mechanical maintenance.
Must have 2+ years’ experience within a similar role
