Electrical maintenance engineer - split days

Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Large commercial building

Rate: £22.50ph -£24ph via umbrella

Location: Bristol, Filton (BS34)

Shift: Monday to Friday + weekend work (at a premium rate)

Hours: Split Days - 7am till 4pm OR 8am till 5pm OR 9am till 6pm OR 10am till 7pm - ( 8 working hours a day , with one hour lunch)

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 3 months, could be extended if all goes well.

Requirements:

Must be fully qualified electrically and possess 2+ years’ experience within commercial FM.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

Facilities Maintenance

The day-to-day operation & maintenance services in line with KPI’s and SLA’s and the Maintenance Model for Preventative Maintenance.

Maintain all Electrical/Mechanical equipment within the building.

Carry out minor fabric repairs when required.

Procure materials and equipment to carry out works.

To organise and supervise sub-contractor as and when required.

Assist Lead engineer and Account Manager in ensuring that all Statutory and Legislative requirements are achieved/adhered to for the site.

Attend to reactive calls in line with KPI’s and SLA’s.

Communication with Helpdesk on site team and clients.

Identification & reporting of any M & E faults, which will have a detrimental effect on the building environment & Plant and equipment.
