Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician to work at site based in Berkshire, RG2
Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pm.
Paying up to £10 - £15ph
On-going position
Duties will include but not limited to;
- Carry out reactive & planned preventative maintenance on engineering services as required & highlight major defects to management/Helpdesk
- Carry out instructions as necessary, on any additional works or specific requirements generated through client’s representative & liaise with management & client accordingly
- Emergency reactive attendance to emergency call outs when on call.
Requirements
2+ years’ experience within a similar role (Essential)
Previous experience as a technician in a corporate environment (Desirable)
