Are you a passionate, dedicated Family Support Worker looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a FSW to join a team based in Barnsley (office based). You will be required to assist social workers, contact supervision & complete life story books.

Pay Rates: £16.17 per hour

Support Worker role: Full JD Available

• Provide support, advice and guidance to children, young people & families.
• To assist social workers with their duties. 
• Promote good parenting. 
• Support parents where needed and provide information in relation to the development of the children and young people.
• Group work, interventions and one to one sessions with parents. 
• Verbal and written reports which may be used in court and participate in the review process. 
• Contact supervision. 
• Work closely with colleagues and partner agencies. 

Essential Requirements:

• Recent experience working with vulnerable children and families
• Recent experience in family support
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
