Pay Rate: £13.06-£16.36ph Umbrella Rates

A dynamic experienced support worker is required to work with young people and their families in schools and in the community undertaking EHAT's to assess needs Identifying a wraparound support plan in order to improve outcomes for young people and their parents/carers working on a one to one basis with children and young people and support and advise parents to improve parental capacity and bring about change.

Essential Requirements:

• 2 years’ Experience of working with Children or young people.
• Experience of working within education services.
• Experience of working with Children & families is essential.
• Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent or NVQ Level 3 Childcare
