Are you a passionate, dedicated Family Support Worker looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Family Support Worker to join a team based in a Family Centre in Ilford. 

Pay Rates: £16.30 per hour

Duration: 13/03/2023 - 3 months

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, 36 hrs/week - Office based

Family Support Worker role: Full JD Available

• Assist on the Homes for Ukraine project to deliver outreach and support services to referred families
• Direct work with parents, carers and children
• Deliver interventions
• Offer advice, support and guidance
• Promote positive parenting
• Create and contribute to family care plans
• Make referrals to partner agencies as appropriate
• Work alongside partner agencies within Children and Families
• Complete records and reports on work done
• Attend conferences, meetings and reviews where needed

Essential Requirements:

• Recognised relevant qualification (i.e. NNEB, NVQ 3 or approved equivalent)
• UK Driving Licence, access to a vehicle, car business insurance
• Recent experience working with children and families
• Recent experience working with chid protection issues
• Ability to formulate and implement care plans
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced Child and Adult DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
