Are you a passionate, dedicated Family Support Worker looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Family Support Worker to join a team based in a Children's Centre in Pontefract, Wakefield

Pay Rates: £13.44 - £16.50 

Family Support Worker role: Full JD Available

• Support Children and Young people who are at risk of coming into care
• Understand the Children and Family's needs and re-lay to social workers
• Liase with practitioners, professional and partners when needed
• Transport the Children when required

Essential Requirements:

• UK Driving Licence and Vehicle 
• MUST HAVE previous experience working with vulnerable children, young people and families
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
