Are you a passionate, dedicated Family Support Worker looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Family Worker to join a team based in a Stockport. 

Pay Rates: £11.19 per hour (Umbrella rate requested)

Family Support Worker role: Full JD Available

• You will support foster carers, offering advice and supporting in meeting the needs of the children in their care.
• Ensure that foster carers have the skills and knowledge needed to meet the needs of the children in their care.
• Implement and review the adoption support plan.
• To undertake letterbox agreements with birth families, Social Workers and adopters within Adoption Counts Good Practice standards.
• To develop trusting relationships with adopted children to support their needs in relation to identity, belonging and security.
• Liaise with other services and agencies to ensure the best support.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous experience working with looked after children
• Previous experience working in family support
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
