Are you a passionate, dedicated Support Worker looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Family Support Worker to join a team based in Worcester. You will be required to support and work alongside social workers on either one of the following services:

Pay Rates: £17.66 per hour

Family Support Worker role: Full JD Available

• Assessment Team/ Safeguarding Team/ Through Care
• To carry out direct work and support children and their parents
• To supervise contact between children and their families
• Promote good parenting and help keep children safe
• Work with other professionals where needed
• Keep written records and reports

Essential Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle
• Recent experience working with vulnerable children and families
• Understanding of the needs of looked after children/young people, foster carers, Special Guardians
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced Child and Adult DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
