Are you a passionate, dedicated Family Support Worker looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Family Support Worker to join a team based in Worcester. 

Pay Rates: £18.74 per hour

Duration: 27/03/2023 - 2 months

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm, 37 hrs/week - Office and community work

Family Support Worker role: Full JD Available

• Work directly with and support families with Children and Young people aged 0-18
• Assess, plan and review the needs of families
• Co-ordinate and deliver bespoke support packages
• Provide targeted interventions offering support, practical advice and guidance to families on issues such as child development, parenting, welfare benefits, budgeting, life skills, education and training and employment  
• Working in partnership with relevant professionals and agencies
• Develop strong, trusting working relationships
Maintain clear and accurate records of work
• Attend Child in Need meetings, conferences and reviews

Essential Requirements:

• UK Driving Licence, access to a vehicle, car business insurance
NVQ Level 2 in Childcare minimum
• Significant experience of working in a similar service, with Children, Young People and Families requiring additional support
• Understanding of child protection issues
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced Child and Adult DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
