Fostering Social Worker - Nationwide IFA - Warrington

We are delighted to announce we are currently working with a National independent Fostering Agency who are currently seeking experienced Fostering Social Workers to come and join their team in the North West on a permanent basis.

Job Type: Permanent

Location: Warrington/Manchester

Salary: £25,000.00 to £38,000.00 / year (depending on experience)

The job description includes the following aspects:

• Supervision of pool of foster carers
• Form F assessments and panel presentation
• Monitoring and complying with all safeguarding aspects
• Participation in all aspects of the organisation including supporting training for foster carers
• Flexible working and out of hours support to carers

The successful applicant:

• Has a passion for children and young people
• Excellent organisational skills
• Is able to meet deadlines
• Has excellent communication skills and the ability to analyse situations accurately.
