Handyman / Caretaker

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Rate: £12-£14ph via umbrella

Location: Stafford, ST16

Hours: Monday – Friday, between 8am till 5pm.

Length of assignment: 4 week, minimum.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

Plumbing – Repairing Leaks, Changing Flushes, Changing Urinals, Unblocking Toilets.

Carpentry – Changing locks, hanging doors, and hinges.

Painting and Decorating.

Electrics – Changing plugs, switches, bulbs, sockets.
