Job Description
We are currently looking for a Handyperson. You will be working based in Derby. This is working for a large FM company
Monday - Friday
08:00am - 17:00pm
Temp - Perm Contract (Temp for 1 month and then moves to Perm)
Pay rate - £14.50ph via umbrella
Job Purpose
This role will be responsible for the delivery of customer service to the client on the relevant accounts. Key to this role will be the ability to provide reactive and planned maintenance support to site.This role will be a key part of the operational team on this account assisting and supporting both the client facility and FM contact
Main Duties
- Responsible for customer satisfaction of planned and reactive works
- Work with the helpdesk to resolve issues, reporting on both PPM and Reactive tasks.
- Oversee all third party suppliers ensuring they work safely and effectively.
- Maintain fit for purpose safe, clean, tidy plant rooms.
- Support and assist site in FM service delivery
