Are you a passionate, dedicated Teacher looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a High Needs Teacher to join a team based in an Adult Learning Centre in Manchester.

Pay Rates: £94.50 - £109 per day

Duration: 26/12/2022 - 3 months

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm - 35 hrs/week - office based

Teacher role: Full JD Available

• Work with young people aged 18 – 25 with learning disabilities and high needs as they prepare for adulthood
• Assess learners’ prior knowledge to know where help is needed
• Help progress in English, Maths, IT skills
• 1-1 classroom based learning (up to 8 learners)
• Identify learners at risk of disengagement and support them
• Encourage and motivate all learners
• Provide strong working relationships with the young people, family members, internal and external staff

Essential Requirements:

• Qualified in Adult or FE Teaching with recent teaching experience
• Recent experience working with young people with SEND
• Ability to enthuse learners
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
