I am looking for an experienced Manager required for an attractive and well-equipped Residential care home in Wales
The ideal candidate must have previous care home experience demonstrating a 'hands-on' approach to the delivery of care, a commitment to the company's excellent working practices and the ability to inspire others to do the same.
As the Care Home Manager, the main responsibilities will be to manage the home on a day to day basis, ensure that it is compliant to meet the required regulations, provide leadership to all staff and ensure the best use of resources available to meet the needs of the residents.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate proven experience of working in a care home setting as a Manager. You will have a relevant qualification (NVQ/QCF L5 or equivalent). You must have relevant experience of managing and supervising staff; planning rota's; understanding budgets and working with local agencies to ensure the home maintains full occupancy. It is a requirement of the role that you obtain CQC Registration as Care Home Manager.
