Floating Support Worker (Homeless) - Guildford

Are you a passionate, dedicated Support Worker looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Support Worker to join a team based in a Homeless service in Guildford. 

Pay Rates: £10.54 - 12.89 per hour

What the roles of a Support Worker: Full JD Available

• Undertake assessment of needs and potential risks and agree levels of support and actions
• Support customers to undertake all domestic tasks wherever possible
• Develop and maintain links with agencies and service providers
• Encourage and enable tenants to pay their rent and help with tenancy management

Essential Requirements:

• Experience working in a Support/ Homeless setting
• Knowledge of the procedures and standards required protecting vulnerable Adults                                             
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
