Are you a passionate, dedicated Housing Options Officer looking for your next role? 4Recruitment Services are recruiting a Housing Options Officer to join a team based in Dunstable (WFH with occasional visits to the office)

Pay Rates: £17.67 - £21.94 per hour

Housing Options Officer role: Full JD Available

• Deliver advice & assistance service as part of a comprehensive approach to Housing Options
• Manage a caseload, and make decisions in regards to homelessness
• Negotiate with landlords and other agencies or relevant parties to ensure that accommodation does not cease to be available
• Resolve homeless cases

Essential Requirements:

• Appropriate Level 3 qualification (2 A Levels, HNCB, NVQ 3)
• Extensive experience/ knowledge in housing
• Must participate in out of hours service, on a rota basis, estimated to be once every 4 - 6 weeks
• You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
• Enhanced DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
